DC3000T / Flagship project release center
The DC3000T is the largest cold chamber platform in this published range. Its 30,000 kN clamp, large die envelope, 35-60 kg aluminum shot boundary, and approximately 210 ton machine mass make selection a capital-project decision—not a tonnage purchase.

Release gate 02 / Shot-end selection
The manufacturer lists 140-180 mm plungers across a capacity-pressure envelope. Request an exact row for every offered diameter, including metal capacity, intensification pressure, casting area, sleeve and flange geometry, injection datum, velocity basis, interfaces, instruments, and acceptance method.
Choose the smallest confirmed shot end that clears complete shot while preserving the required pressure and agreed process margin. Do not mix the highest capacity with the highest pressure.
Release gate 03 / Published technical baseline
Use these values for initial model screening and RFQ preparation. The supplier must confirm exact datums, tolerances, shot package, utilities, foundation reactions, component schedules, control functions, drawings, and acceptance conditions before order release.
*Confirm injection-position sign convention, reference face, centerline, tolerance, available positions, and shot-sleeve interface on the approved general-arrangement drawing.

At this scale, static fit is the first line of the review. Model the complete die, services, approach paths, collision zones, lifting operations, maintenance removal, and recovery positions in the coordinated cell layout.

The DC3000T is an initial candidate for ultra-large aluminum or magnesium programs whose documented clamp demand, complete shot, pressure, die envelope, movement, automation, and factory interfaces fit the published 30,000 kN platform. The 3,000 ton label alone does not approve the casting, die, cycle, quality plan, or capital project.
