Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through its forms. These terms apply to website use and do not replace separately agreed sales terms.
Website and product information
Website descriptions, photographs, drawings, technical tables, dimensions, capacities, model names, and application examples are provided for preliminary evaluation. Configuration, revision, alloy, die, controls, peripherals, voltage, standards, destination, and supply scope can change the final product. Confirm every material requirement in a written quotation, technical agreement, drawing, or contract before purchasing.
Inquiries, quotations, and orders
Submitting a form, sending an email, requesting a quotation, or discussing a listed model does not create an order, reservation, agency relationship, or supply commitment. A transaction exists only after the authorized parties agree the applicable commercial and technical documents. Those documents control price, payment, configuration, delivery, warranty, inspection, acceptance, service, and dispute terms.
Compatibility and third-party brands
Third-party names and trademarks may be used only to identify the machine or system a requested replacement part is intended to fit. Such references do not claim ownership, affiliation, authorization, endorsement, distributorship, or official OEM status. Compatibility must be confirmed from the actual model, revision, dimensions, drawing, sample, and operating conditions.
Files and information you submit
You confirm that you have the right to submit inquiry details, drawings, photographs, samples, trademarks, and other materials and that their use for evaluating and responding to your request will not violate another party's rights. Do not send unlawful content, malware, export-controlled information, or confidential files that require an NDA before the NDA or controlled transfer method is agreed.
Permitted website use
You may use this website for lawful business evaluation and communication. You may not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, misrepresent your identity, submit fraudulent inquiries, or copy and republish substantial website content without permission.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, graphics, and Luxue brand assets are owned by or licensed to the website operator. Limited viewing, printing, or saving for your internal purchasing evaluation is permitted. No other license or transfer of intellectual-property rights is granted by website access.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to maps, messaging services, standards bodies, technical references, social platforms, or other third-party services. Their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by those providers. A link is provided for convenience or supporting context and does not by itself constitute endorsement.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all content is complete, current, or suitable for a specific casting, die, machine, factory, or legal requirement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Luxue is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from reliance on website information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes, applicable documents, and contact
We may update this website and these terms. The effective date identifies the current published version. Transaction-specific governing law and dispute provisions must be stated in the final agreed contract and take priority for that transaction. Questions about these terms may be sent to sales@luxuediecasting.com.
